Personal Marijuana Plant Count Limit: 6 Plants
Social Use Law: Marijuana can be consumed in establishments that have been licensed for such activity.
Driving with Marijuana: A person can drive with marijuana in the car as long as it is properly sealed and stowed away in a place where the driver cannot access it. You are not allowed to drive while under the influence of any drugs, including marijuana.
